Wayne Couzens has been charged with 4 counts of indecent publicity which allegedly got here earlier than he murdered Sarah Everard.
The alleged offences are thought to have taken place between January and February 2021, when Mr Couzens was a serving Metropolitan Police officer.
Rosemary Ainslie, head of the CPS Particular Crime Division, mentioned: “Following a referral of proof by the Metropolitan Police, the CPS has authorised 4 fees of indecent publicity towards Wayne Couzens.
“The 4 alleged offences came about between January and February 2021,” she added.
Mr Couzens will seem at Westminster Magistrates’ Court docket on 13 April following the costs.
